-Your address details for the past 3 years, including your partner's address details, if different, and if this is a joint application
-Your bank/building society details
-Your monthly income and outgoings such as rent/mortgage payments
-Your employer's name and address
-By completing and submitting your loan application online you are confirming that all information provided by you is true and complete and that you are at least 18 years of age.
